TOKEN CHECK TROUBLESHOOTING
Token checker returned no data? What to check next
An empty or unavailable result is not a clean bill of health. Check the network, contract identity, provider response and missing fields.
No data does not mean no risk
A failed lookup tells you that the tool could not form a report. It does not tell you whether you can buy, sell or trust a token. Keep the difference between an unavailable result and a reported indicator visible.
Check the address and network together
An EVM address starts with 0x and has 40 hexadecimal characters after it. The same address format is used on multiple networks. Confirm both the token contract and its chain using an independently verified issuer source; a wallet address, pool address or familiar ticker is not a substitute for the token contract.
GoPlus: token endpoint and network input ↗Distinguish a missing field from a failed request
GoPlus may omit some fields when a contract is not verified, its proxy behavior hides details, or a check is unknown. Those fields must remain unknown. Separately, a provider outage, quota response or timeout can prevent the whole report from loading.
GoPlus: when fields are omitted ↗Cross-check without connecting your wallet
Open the correct network’s block explorer from an independently verified source. Compare the contract address and available source code with the issuer’s documentation. A second checker can add evidence, but tools may share data or limitations. Do not connect a wallet, sign a message or pay a stranger to unlock a risk report.
If the uncertainty remains, pause
For a temporary provider error, wait and try once later. Repeatedly retrying cannot fix an unsupported or wrong contract. Save the evidence you can verify and the questions still open. No output from CryptoStronghold is an audit, investment recommendation or safety guarantee.
